The Italian bicycle brand Bianchi has been around for almost 138 years. It is the oldest cycle manufacturer in the world. The year was 1885, and the place was Milan, Italy. First, 21-year-old Edoardo Bianchi, a medical instrument maker, set up a bicycle manufacturing unit.

The iconic setup introduced numerous pioneering features in the industry – pneumatic rubber tires, same-sized wheels, and front-wheel caliper brakes. 


The iconic brand has evolved to create products as craftsmen with differentiating styles, designs, and features. The company makes products tuned to meet the changing needs of professional and newbie riders. There are bikes for every cyclist out there.

One of the most happening features of the historic brand is that every model has a cult-like appearance with its iconic Celeste-colored cycles. Then, of course, the performance is unparalleled.

Bianchi E-bike Model Lines

E-ROAD

This model from Bianchi, E-Aria, is for top performance on the road. It’s ideal for training activities. It has a punchy look but feels relatively lightweight when it is driven. One of its best features is its maneuverability. You can easily navigate on a busy road or when riding in a group.

It has a reduced drag with slim frame tubes and fork legs. It comes in eight sizes, from 44cm to 61cm. The e-bike is designed to get top speed, a firm ride, and feels sturdy and solid. In addition, it has some impressive aero features and is made to react fast. 

On the con side, the ride is not very smooth compared to a few other Bianchi models. So if you want a comfortable ride, there might be better options than this one.

E-GRAVEL

The E-Arcadex from Bianchi is a versatile e-bike with unique looks and is suitable for all kinds of terrains. The 250W Bosch Performance CX motor provides 85Nm torque, while the 50Wh battery offers a range of up to 115 km (70 miles).

The two models available have lightweight carbon frames. The ride is comfortable with in-built shock absorption features in the seat post. Designed for mixed terrains, it can be easily driven on paved or unpaved roads. You can use it for training purposes or as a daily ride e-bike. 

The seatpost has suspension in-built and height adjustability features.

E-MTB

The E-MTB model lineup has several models.

These include the E-Omnia FX Type, E-Omnia X Type, E-SUV, T-Tronik Performer, T-Tronik Rebel, T-Tronik Sport, E-Vertic FX type Pro, E-Vertic FX Type, and E-Vertic X Type.

E-Omnia FX Type

Made with pioneering technologies, this E-MTB model from Bianchi is all about a rider-first approach. The rider can use the online configurator to create his or her own e-bike to suit their individual needs.

Gravity casting of the aluminum frame makes the e-bike react faster. It also helps in improved power transfer. It has integrated lights on the front, back, and sides with 100 meters of visibility.

The motor system is an advanced feature, and the front wheels’ ABS option offers the rider comfort on rugged terrain. It is a Bosch Performance Line CX 250W motor producing 85Nm torque. The integrated battery has a power of 625Wh and takes about five hours to get charged completely. 

E-Omnia X Type

Be it a mountainous landscape or city roads, this e-bike never fails. It has gravity-cast aluminum offering impressive power transfer. The 29″ wheels and the font suspensions work fabulously together. The battery provides a range of up to 195 km (120 miles).

The CX motor offers excellent performance with power-driven torque. Plus, there’s an integrated display screen on the stem. It is also designed in a way that needs minimal maintenance and does not produce much noise. There’s a dual battery option of 500Wh and 625Wh.

E-SUV

It is the flagship e-model from Bianchi. It was unveiled in 2019 at Eurobike. There are three different variations – Racer, Rally, and Adventure.

All the models come in carbon-frame. In addition, the models showcase integrated design from the Italian brand – integrated mudguards, built-in ram air cooling feature of the 720Wh battery, and integrated LED lights at the swingarm and headset. Overall, the look of the model is aesthetic.

The Racer is the best optimized for mountain trails. It has the longest travel suspension fork. The Rally has mismatched wheels, and the Adventure is a dual-sport model. The last one is the best for trail and city rides.

T-Tronik Performer

This one is made for performance with a full-carbon front end. It has an alloy rear triangle. It has the Shimano STEPS E8000 motor and an integrated 630Wh battery. It comes in four sizes and has a flip chip present on the shock rocker. You can use it to adjust the height of the bottom bracket.

The model also has internal cabling giving it a neat look. It is compatible with 27.5×2.8″ tires and 29×2.6″ tires.

T-Tronik Rebel

A Shimano EP8 motor with 250W power producing 85Nm torque features an integrated battery with a power of 630Wh.

The e-bike has 140/150mm front travel and is equipped for 140mm rear travel. The Rebel is powerful. The LCD has three assistance levels – Eco, Tail, and Boost. 

T-Tronik Sport

The Sport e-MTB model is a mountain e-bike designed for an optimized ride through rough trails. The 250W motor and 504Wh battery with five assistance levels make climbing any incline quick.

The Heads-up display is the best for staying updated on the ride metrics, including power, speed, battery levels, power assist levels, and so on. It has a lightweight aluminum frame with internal cables neatly routed. 

E-Vertic FX Type Pro

The FX Pro has 160mm suspension travel for the front and rear wheels. It has a full-carbon frame along with a front triangle cross-brace. This gives the e-bike enhanced lateral rigidity, empowering accuracy in steering while coming downhill at speed.

The battery has a power of 750Wh with a range of 155km (95 miles). It has a 66° head angle with a cockpit geometry for enhanced steering leverage. 

E-Vertic FX & X Type

Both these models have an aluminum frame with 140mm front travel and rear travel. The difference between both models is that the X Type has the rear suspension foregone. The battery system is Bosch’s 625Wh CX system. 

E-TOURER

This lineup features the E-Vertic FT type. Whether you wish to train or use it for daily rides, it has been designed for mixed terrains.

The frame is full-carbon. It comes in a range of sizes, sports 29″ wheels, and Fox suspension. It is powered by a CX Smart motor system producing 85Nm torque and features an integrated Bosch PowerTube 750Wh battery with a range of up to 155 km (95 miles).

It is one of the latest models from Bianchi. It also has an aluminum version; both models are available in green-blue accents.

E-URBAN

Bianchi designed the E-Urban to help riders stay at their fittest best and to contribute to a healthier planet consciously.

This lineup has five models – E-Omnia C-Type, E-Spillo City, E-Spillo Classic, T-Tronik C-Type, and E-Vertic C-Type.

This lineup is for people who must traverse the city through traffic daily. The models provide comfortable rides. C-Type denotes e-bikes for city rides.

E-Omnia C-Type 

It has a cast aluminum frame. The design is clean and pretty stylish. Step-through design provides easy saddle accessibility to the rider irrespective of their height or clothes. 

A welded carrier rack at the rear for carrying everyday items and transporting kids to and fro. The CX Motor generates 250 Watts offering 85 Newton-meters torque. The 418Wh detachable battery is small-sized and slim, offering a range of 70km. Plus, you have Eco, Tour, eMTB, and Turbo assistance levels.

For increased visibility, integrated lights are present at the front, rear, and sides. In addition, riser handlebars offer customizable rides.

E-Spillo City & E-Spillo Classic

E-Spillo City Atlus

The Step-Thru Altus has a 700c lightweight aluminum frame, rim brakes, a front-hub 250W motor with 28Nm torque, a steel fork, and an adjustable stem with riser handlebars.

The E-Spillo City Atlus comes in the Lady and Gent format. It is equipped with a 318Wh battery neatly-packed, Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, three assistance levels, an integrated carrier rack in the rear, and a 55km (35 miles) range. In addition, it offers a comfortable riding position with the torso placed 75° to 90° to the ground.

The Step-Thru City is more economical than the women’s Classic model, and both look like Luxury. Both models are known for their aesthetics, balancing functionalities and form.

E-Spillo Classic

The E-Spillo Classic has a front hub motor that is equipped 418Wh battery and a 250W motor with 38Nm torque.

The battery is remarkably slim and detachable, can be disconnected easily, and can easily be carried in a backpack. The V-brakes, 37mm tires, front and rear lights, and 1×7 Shimano speed drivetrain makes this a city e-bike all through.

T-Tronik C-Type

This versatile e-bike has adjustable handlebars between 90° and 140° and a deep suspension fork. It is a city e-bike with an E6100 250W brushless motor with a torque of 60Nm. It is an integrated 417Wh battery with a range of 60 miles (95 km).

The charging port, in this case, is placed above the seat tube, above the motor. The quick-release system that helps easily access the battery is placed above the down tube.

Other pros of the model include mudguards, stock chain guards, and a rear rack that helps carry loads up to 110 lbs (50 kg).

E-Vertic C-Type

This e-bike has a step-through aluminum frame and front and rear lights, and a rack. It is a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 65Nm torque and offers a dual battery option – 400Wh or 500 Wh.

The range is up to 115km (70 miles). The geometry of the e-bike offers an enjoyable upright riding position to the rider.
