Vtuvia is a Canadian electric bike company located in El Monte. The company exclusively manufactures fat tires, folding, and mountain e-bikes. The brand has been around for almost 11+ years now.

Vtuvia makes the hunting fat tire e-bike called the SN100, which has been designed for taller riders, height between 5’8” and 6’5”. Coincidentally, the company markets the product as a men’s e-bike. The stem, of course, is adjustable, making it a bit flexible in height and seating position.

The SN100 is a mountain-hunting e-bike. It is a fat-tire all-terrain electric bike powered by a 750W motor with a peak capacity of 1100W. The 48V 13Ah battery clocks 48 miles (75 km) per charge.

Belonging to Class 2 or Class 3 e-bikes, and equipped with a seven-gear Shimano Shift System, this fat tire mountain e-bike helps tackle all kinds of terrains easily.

There are ample reasons why you will like this tough taskmaster. The SN100 has been designed and engineered for all terrains, especially mountains and hilly sides. Consider this as your ideal companion on hunting adventures.

What gives it so much power? The 750W quiet brushless gear motor and the front suspension fork from MOZO. Expect a robust torque of 80Nm. The 7-gear Shimano system with the thumb throttle pack in extra power is required for action.

SN100 has a waterproof structure; even the removable 48V 13Ah Lithium battery is waterproof. This means that you can take the e-bike for rides in all seasons. Every single charge covers you safely for about 48 miles (75 km).

Additionally, the 26” x 4.0 anti-puncture tires from Kenda have the secure grip you expect from a fat tire e-bike. Finally, the Mozo front suspension fork makes every ride an effortless affair.

An E-Bike That You Can Depend On

The SN100 is a rugged beast on the road – thanks to an intricate design plan where Vtuvia equipped it with the best components for a reliable mountain ride or a hunting expedition.

The 6061 aluminum alloy frame is robust and sturdy. It has been ergonomically designed that helps the rider mount and dismount comfortably. The three riding modes, the 5-level Pedal Assist System, and the dependable hydraulic brakes amp its performance all the way.

Features that assist trails and rides are the hydraulic front and rear brakes and the colorful LCD display, guiding you through all routes.

What Else is Good about Vtuvia SN100?

SN100 is priced affordably. It comes in four different color options – classic black, green, camo, and silver grey. Even though the curb weight is about 72 pounds, the e-bike still feels nimble because it is structured well.

The low saddle height is a great advantage. It is about 33” from the ground. Taller riders can put their feet on the ground flat while stopping. Plus, riders can look forward to an aggressive ride with a low saddle.

The integrated headlight is directly on the frame though it could have been a bit brighter. The extra illumination from the headlight adds to safety, keeping your e-bike visible to others in the dark.

What Could Have Been Better?

The cadence sensors in this hunting fat tire e-bike have a noticeable latency when the motor is activated and deactivated. This can make traversing rugged terrains a bit of a challenge.

However, the motor activation and deactivation can be manually controlled as the throttle is live right from 0 mph. In addition, the in-built motor inhibitors on the brake levers also do their part and assist.

The 160 mm rotors in the front and rear wheels offer a bit of a struggle when clogged in mud. If the SN100 has been loaded to its maximum capacity, your struggle can be even more. Instead of the 160mm rotors, the ideal one at the front wheel should have been 180mm.
