As time goes on, technology gets more and more advanced, and E-bikes are no exception to this. Consumers have bought E-bikes for recreational purposes, commutes to school and work, and more. Now the real question is, which brand is better, Ride1Up or Juiced?

Ride1Up and Juiced differ in price, riding purpose, sensors, and more. Ride1Up bikes are less expensive and have a cadence sensor, while Juiced bikes are more expensive but are perfect for adventure. Ride1Up and Juiced Electric Bikes have plenty of models to choose from.

Ride1Up vs Juiced Review

Continue reading and learn which E-bike brand and model is the best for your personal needs.

Ride1Up E-bike Models Lineup

Ride1Up electric bikes are much less expensive than Juiced e-bikes, so if you are on a budget then this is the brand for you. Their bikes are of amazing quality, and you are still getting your money’s worth. While some E-bikes are bulky with fat tires and a larger frame, you can’t even tell a normal bike apart from a Ride1Up bike.

This way you can keep up with everyone else and stay in style. The top speed for their bikes is 28mph (45 km/h) while the riding range it can go without charging is between 20-50 miles (30 – 80 km). The speed and range will depend on the model you get and the terrain you decide to ride.

One major difference between the Ride1Up e-bikes and the Juiced bikes is the sensor that is connected to the motor, giving you more power and speed. The cadence sensor is what most Ride1Up e-bikes have. The cadence sensor does not pay attention to how much you pedal, so it will give you as much power as you ask for.

This is great for those who want an E-bike for recreational use and are having fun, or those who have weak knees or a knee injury and still want to get around town easily. With a cadence sensor, you won’t ever have to pedal hard uphill or break a sweat. (Source)

Now let’s get into the individual models that Ride1Up has to offer.

Juiced E-bike Models Lineup

Juiced Electric Bikes are more expensive than the Ride1Up e-bikes, ranging in price from $1,699 to $2,999. Juiced e-bikes have several different riding purposes from commuting, adventure, riding on the trail, or just going down the street to a friend’s house for Friday night dinner.

Juiced e-bikes go about the same speed as Ride1Up e-bikes at 28-30 miles an hour (45 km/h), but can last a lot longer before needing to be charged. Juiced E-bikes can go 45-100 miles (70 – 160 km) before needing to be charged again. This is why they are great for spending long hours in the outdoors and adventuring with friends.

Juiced also has moped-style bikes for cruising around downtown, with bigger tires that can handle any sort of terrain from park trails to the beach. The seats are made for comfort. However, Juiced is known for having long shipping times and not fantastic customer service. So if you are in need of a bike quickly without any trouble, choose a Ride1Up e-bike. (Source)

As I mentioned earlier, a big difference between these two brands is the sensor. Ride1Up has cadence sensors, while Juiced has torque sensors. Torque sensors are what you are used to on an E-bike and feel the most like riding a normal bike.

You have more connection with the motor, as with torque sensors, the amount of power you get depends on how much you pedal the wheels. If you still want to get a workout in and stay in shape on your way to work, I would go with a model from Juiced E-bikes. (Source)

Each has multiple sizes of frames to choose from and ranges from $2,000 to $2,400. Each one has a top speed of 28mph (45 km/h), a range of 65 miles (105 km), and a 52-volt battery. Juiced E-bikes are very versatile with options for joy rides, adventures, or commuting to work.

A few words in conclusion

Now, with so many bikes to choose from, how do you make the final decision? It all comes down to your budget, and what you are buying the bike for. If you are purchasing an e-bike for the commute to work, we recommend a Ride1Up e-bike for a cheaper price and sleek aesthetic, getting you to work on time and safely.

Since Ride1Up e-bikes have a cadence sensor, they are great for people who have knee injuries or weaker knees. If you are buying an e-bike for the purpose of having fun and going on adventures, purchase a Juiced e-bike. They are very versatile and can survive rougher terrain.
